   VAT.
   11.White Colne Village Green
   To discuss and agree the quotes for extra Christmas lights on the Village Green, costing £697.80 + VAT.
   12.Grants update
   To receive a report on the various projects being funded by grants.
   13.Emails
   To discuss the arrangements and the importance of making decisions by email, between meetings.
   14.Date of next meeting – the annual Parish meeting will be on Tuesday April 19 2022. The next Council meeting will be on Tuesday 17th May 2022. Both meeting will be held at White Colne Village Hall and commence at 7.30pm.

15.Chairman to MOVE that the press and public be excluded during the transaction of the following items on the grounds that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted
