at The Village Hall, Bures Road, White Colne on Tuesday 19th March 2019 at 7.30pm

3. To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 25th January 2019
4. Matters arising from the minutes not dealt with elsewhere

Transfer of WCPC land to ECC in return for the transfer of the Village Hall land to the WCPC

chairman considers urgent
17. Exclusion of the Public – To consider, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 Sections 100 and 102, and in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, excluding the public, including the press, from the meeting so that nay items containing exempt information (for example confidential personal, financial or legal matters) can be decided.
