A group of residents have now received their training in the use of the defibrillator in the telephone box on Colchester Road. One of the issues that arose from the training is how people access this if they are at home looking after a person who is ill and cannot be left. The Parish council has agreed to sign up to a scheme called VETS which enables up to 10 residents to be contacted by phone to be asked to collect the defibrillator.
If you were trained, or if you would like to be and also included in this scheme please email Jim Bond at email@example.com. Or phone 224310
