Hello Jane

I sent it in the usual Word 97-03 format, compatability mode, which is the one I have always used. I am therefore resending that format but also as a Word 07 document which I hope will help.
Perhaps you may be able to open it on a lap top or desk top?

Regards
David

I can’t open the attachment. I have the latest version of word on my iPad and never had this problem with your docs before.
I will see if I can open the minutes

Hello Jane

I attach the draft agenda for the next meeting which Peter has asked for as below.

Can I also send to him the draft minutes for May – have you had a chance to look at them yet?

Regards
David
