BURGLARY AT  COUNTESS CROSS.

Between 1745hrs and 1915hrs on the 02/10/2015 A suspect unknown has gained access to a property in the Countess Cross area, by forcing two windows to the property causing damage to both windows and has completed a messy search removing several items.

    Set off today to walk “the Red Trail” from the White Colne Hertiage Trails leaflet but found the footpath at section 3, Colne Park Road to disused railway line, blocked by some mesh fencing wired across the opening. There were cows in the field, but I’m quite used to treating cows on footpaths with respect. Please keep footpaths open.
